Terms

Site rules for glamroot.beauty (operator Glamroot Atelier, phone +41 61 276 16 26): read before you pay a deposit or leave items at Freie Strasse 149, 4001 Basel.

• Parts and labour for ticket #149-1626 style jobs are itemised before we start when the bench is busy.
• This terms page on this site is maintained by Glamroot Atelier; email studio@this site if a step looks outdated for Basel.
• Rescheduling custom clothing visits: write studio@this site or call before the posted open — same-day swaps depend on bench load.

Indirect damages from website downtime on this site are excluded where Switzerland law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.

Governing law for this site contracts: Switzerland. Venue preference: Basel. Contact stem reference: glamroot.

• Updates to this site terms post here with the date changed — continuing to book custom clothing work after notice means you accept the revision.
• Seasonal custom clothing queues shift; we still confirm terms in writing and we keep Switzerland holiday closures noted on the door card. Ask for the custom clothing lead if the queue splits.
• We keep terms paced so custom clothing finishing quality stays steady with custom clothing tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Reference the custom clothing page name if emailing a follow-up.
